In Our Care Printing Services : Terms and Conditions

By requesting an order from In Our Care, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. It is imperative that you read all of the policies and terms listed below before placing your order. In Our Care Printing and Design Services is not responsible if your order does not meet these terms and requirements.

Warranty
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our printing services. If your printed product is not satisfactory, we will refund your money, no questions asked. However; this is based on your approval prior to printing.

Shipping
Shipping for business printing is sent with the most cost effective method for your particular project. Carriers used are UPS, FedEx, USPS. Product usually ships within 7 business days of draft approval and receipt of payment and is usually received within 48 hours.

Payment Methods Accepted
MasterCard, American Express and Visa. We also accept Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Personal/Business Checks.* *Checks will be held for 7 business days to clear before item is shipped. A 50% deposit is required prior to printing.

Taxes
All amounts due for taxes and assessments will be added to the customers invoice and are the responsibility of the Customer. No tax exemption will be granted unless the customer’s Exemption. Certificate accompanies the purchase order.

Return Policy
Business printing may be returned within 15 days if item is not as approved with draft for replacement.

Contact us immediately if printing is not as ordered so that we may replace your order quickly.
